1925 Mack Model AB Aircraft Testing Truck Lot #58L

You are bidding on a 1925 Mack Model AB 1 1/2 ton Truck with Aircraft Testing equipment. 372970. The truck was purchased in 1988 from Ft. Sill, Oklahoma. The truck was restored by Mr. Lewis and Raymond Jett. The truck was Used to test aircraft engines and there is a testing area and controls.It was used for Continental Airlines in colorado about 1968. Recieved from Northrop Aircraft. The truck has a heavily enforced and special built cab. The truck is green and black. The truck has 146 1/2 inch wheel base. Mack 4 cylinder motor. Modified rearend for Dual rear wheels. The truck has iron-cast rims. A lot has been done to beefup the truck. Spotlights and brass radiator. There is a file on the truck. This is a very rare and usual combination. Aircraft testing history on an older AB Mack. Very unique and would be a good addition to any collection.
