Auction Planning

VanDerBrink Auctions will work with the sellers as a team with one goal-a fun and successful auction. We will sit down with you and develop a plan that is especially for your auction. VanDerBrink Auctions works with our Sellers every step of the way. We are available and here for you and all your questions. We are just an e-mail or phone call away. We will respond to your questions as soon as we can and get you your answer or solution. On Real Estate, we work with you from listing to close. We can also sell your Real Estate in various formats of selling. We work to get you the highest dollar possible.

VanDerBrink Auctions promotes, assists in the arrangement, and conducts your auction. We realize that not every auction is the same. We customize a plan of advertising, set-up, and marketing that is customized for your auction. We have a fabulous Auction staff of auctioneers, clerks, and friendly office personal. We have a mobile office and can conduct business on-site at most any location. We work with our sellers on arrangement of their auction, or can arrange-set up the entire sale. We have many venders that we work with, and also research which methods are the most cost effective for our seller’s auctions. VanDerBrink Auctions, will handle all the marketing, advertising, and all those phone calls about your sale. We will only include your phone number if you request. We work as your personal “secretary” screening calls and forwarding only the important ones to you. We know how busy getting ready for a sale can be.

VanDerBrink Auctions will work on inventories, marketing, advertising, and help arrangements on the site the week of the auction. VanDerBrink Auctions handles the inventory and descriptions of all items to be sold. We formulate a catalog and use this for on-line selling and also as a printable format for Bidders to print off the internet and bring to the sale as a tool for bidding. The inventory process is discussed and a schedule set up to complete the inventory. Any cleaning supplies, trailers, skid loaders, Porta Pots, or equipment, help for set up, boxes, etc. needed for set up will be additional cost to the sellers. VanDerbrink Auctions will and can arrange these items at an additional expense to the seller’s. If VanDerBrink Auctions, LLC is requested to do the set-up, this will be discussed and charges.

VanDerBrink Auctions will work with the seller’s best interests in mind. The Auction is a great and wild, yet interesting way of selling. We will work to do our best to obtain the best possible price on that day. Any sale hat is well advertised, marketed, with active bidding, and professionally run will bring what the market will show that day in time. Advertising and Marketing are the key to any auctions success.

VanDerBrink Auctions prefers that all items will be sold with No Reserve. We also can work with our sellers if they wish to have a reserve on an item. Real Estate auctions may be sold with reserve or without reserve. If Real Estate is sold with reserve, it is sold subject to confirmation of the seller. This means that the seller will be consulted as to the final price obtained. This is always discussed with the Seller before the sale, as to evaluate their expectations. This also gives VanDerbrink Auctions time to evaluate and educate the seller as to Real Estate markets, trends, and possible other avenues in selling their Real Estate. VanDerBrink Auctions can sell Real Estate by auction or Private Listing. Commissions and fees pertaining to an auction with Reserve will be disclosed and discussed with the seller.
